Educational Development Book Donation at Prichard Library

The Betty Shabazz Delta Academy is one of the national programs of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  It is designed to enhance the career and academic development of our middle school girls in the 6th - 8th grade. This year, we introduced over 150 young ladies to careers in math, science, and technology.  We also conduct workshops in sisterhood, self esteem and provide opportunities for leadership . Members of Mobile Alumnae serve as role models in which they share their personal triumphs and achievements in their exceptional professional fields.

meets every 2nd Saturday at Maryvale Elementary

9 AM - 11AM
